Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to collaborate with esteemed organizations such as Google, LinkedIn, Airbnb, Lyft, Nextplay, and Axios. In my previous role, I took the helm in establishing the first sourcing team, resulting in pivotal senior hires. I also spearheaded innovative programs aimed at enhancing interview quality across technical and non-technical roles. Additionally, I led Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and orchestrated 26 impactful in-person events worldwide, cultivating invaluable connections and opportunities.
